Keith Hinkle - Managing Partner
Keith first began consulting part-time in 1988 and has
provided management consulting services worldwide
to companies large and small as Prosper-Consulting
since 1993. With decades worth of experience in
executive management and specializing in sales,
marketing, business development, channel
development and communications, Keith has received
several management and sales performance awards.
Early in his career, Keith taught marketing and then
was employed with IBM and StorageTek where he
developed expertise in product management,
logistics, procurement, manufacturing, contract
negotiation, and administration. At StorageTek, he
was appointed to teams which developed successful
divestment strategies resulting in the sale of two
vertical technology divisions. His personal
entrepreneurial efforts have launched five successful
start-up companies.
As the Managing Director of International Operations
and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for
companies in the computer storage and textile
machinery industries, Keith directed strategic and
tactical planning teams and achieved long-term mid to
high double digit average annual revenue growth. In
2003, Keith was invited to lecture at Donghua
University, located in Shanghai, China. During the
years of 2000 through 2005, he traveled extensively
on all populated continents, gaining advanced
knowledge of business cultures, economic conditions
and political environments, and has personally done
business in over 40 countries.
Keith has broadened his practical experience with
executive certificate programs at the International
Institute for Management Development (IMD),
Lausanne, Switzerland, the Cooper Management
Institute, Alexander, VA, the Sales Productivity
Institute, Boulder, CO, the Covey Leadership Center,
Oren, UT, the Karrass Negotiation Center, Beverly
Hills, CA, is a graduate of the Monfort College of
Business in Marketing and Distribution and has
graduate level studies in Psychology at the University
of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO.
